Project: Batch was hired to stage the upper level unit of a classic Potrero Hill triplex.

Concept: Dressed in a fresh coat of paint with improved finishes and a brand new kitchen, this investment property’s top floor unit is the crown jewel. With three bedrooms and a split double bath, we transformed this well-lit residence into a style-saturated escape. Each room features a playful mix of art and accessories, from the geometric gallery wall in the living room to the handmade tapestries hanging in the bedrooms. A range of literature, plants, and polished decor pieces complete this charming home in the hill.
