PEEK INTO A COLORFUL TWO-BEDROOM IN SOMA

by IT-Geeks

Nestled on the corner of Minna and 7th street sits OneEleven, the latest condominium building to grace the district of SOMA. Sit back and relax while we show you around a modern 2-bedroom, complete with guest room and a balcony. Without any further adieu…

Enter into the condo and you are greeted by warm sunlight coming in from the South-facing windows. The kitchen, an open floor plan, is right by the front door and has used stainless steel and the latest appliances to give it a luxe look.

The kitchen leads into an open living and dining area where entertaining is encouraged. The leather couch from H.D. Buttercup provides plenty of seating room for guests but this solarium also is a great place to take a Sunday afternoon snooze. The colorful gallery wall is the main focal point in the whole room. Featuring a large table that easily seats 6, the dining area is ideal for the casual entertainer or a weekday dinner with friends. Or clear the table off during the day for a large workspace.

To the left of the living space is our master bedroom. We went with a striking purple accent to create a colorful, sophisticated sleeping area complete with custom felt side table lamps by Pablo. Texture is brought in through the Coyuchi bedding. Creating layers is key, even when using all whites. The master bedroom also features 2 closet spaces, one of which we turned into a petite home office.

Enter into the guest bedroom and you’ll immediately feel relaxed and welcomed. The toned-down colors give a zen vibe that will make any guest feel like they are at a 5-star retreat. The low platform bed from Floyd is outfitted with AP2B pillows and is coupled with matching side tables, which also matches the corner desk. Don’t have a reason to fret when the in-laws or even old friends ask to stay with you. This room has softer natural light, making this the perfect guest room. The added greenery elevates the look while keeping this a place of total relaxation. By using grays, greens, and beige colors, we created a neutral look where dimension is brought in through fabrics and textures such as feathers and rattan.
