DARE TO DREAM IN THIS TWO-BEDROOM CONDO

Step into the two-bedroom corner unit at 188 West St James, the third of our three model homes in the stunning new San Jose development. Go ahead, kick up your feet and relax. We know a project is good when we’re dreaming of moving right in.

Centered around the open-concept living-dining space, the kitchen serves as the command station for this light-flooded luxury residence. With several spots to lounge and relax, the inviting atmosphere flaunts it’s selling feature: wrap-around windows that serve as the source of abundant natural light.

For those that like to open up their home to guests, this unit encourages entertaining and social gatherings. Multiple seating areas are present: one anchored by a bar cart for entertaining, one as a formal-yet-casual dining area, and one as a nap-worthy reading nook. Don’t forget the counter-height stools at the kitchen island - that’s exactly where we’d sit down for breakfast in the morning!

The living wall is one of our favorite features in this home. We’ve reached the era of peak plant love and thanks to Urbio’s modular system using magnetic attachments, arranging your own indoor garden is simple and straightforward. Currently outfitted with faux greenery, we imagine the future resident re-planting a variety of culinary herbs to impress dinner guests with home-grown garnishes.

Located just off of the kitchen, the master bedroom is a sanctuary for sleep and relaxation. The scale of this large room would easily accommodate a king-size bed. As a measure of creative interpretation, we instead took inspiration from what many might view as an architectural undesirability - an encased structural column - to create two different zones.

We placed a queen bed across from the closet and flanked it with acacia nightstands and a matching dresser. A Samsung Frame TV offers unlimited “Netflix and chill” potential while across the room, a plush settee and marble desk create a contrasting live-work nook. For buyers that might be considering a roommate, this master bedroom illustrates exactly how to set up a space within a space. Highly considered and optimized for a range of daily tasks, the master suite shows just how easy it is to go from late night work email to early morning conference call.

In the guest bedroom, find yourself lusting to linger in what casts high-end, hotel-like vibes. With excellent closet real estate, storage space is not a problem in the smaller second bedroom.

The dresser doubles as a vanity moment with a striking round mirror mounted above. And next to the bed, slide open a glass door and step out onto the balcony. Start or end your day in the fresh air overlooking a small park. You won’t regret it, trust us.
