Russian Hill is one of San Francisco’s most beautiful and lively neighborhoods. It’s famous for one of the city’s most popular tourist attractions, Lombard Street, and a cable car line that runs along many restaurants and shops. Russian Hill is also no stranger to locally-owned gems from independent boutiques to well-known cafés. So it’s no coincidence that we chose this fabulous neighborhood to call home.

To welcome you to Batch, and the neighborhood, we wanted to share a list of our favorite places that are worth checking out while you are here. Plus, they are all a mere hop, skip and a step away from Batch! So get ready to plan your weekend trip to Russian Hill, because we believe there’s no better place in this city by the bay.

St. Frank Coffee

Russian Hill Neighborhood Guide

Saint Frank’s minimally designed coffee shop leaves the focus on the coffee and the people. Customers can enjoy espressos and pour overs, made with coffee sourced from Honduras to Burundi. While their coffee is superb, what we love most about Saint Frank is their mission: to evolve the experience of coffee toward a simple joy in life, but also toward social connections and the celebration of people, place, and culture.
